Please email office@comcaregivers.org if you have information that needs to be updated or added. Thank you to Maureen Argie, office volunteer, for her hard work in compiling this guide.
Mesothelioma treatment options will vary from patient to patient, and thus affects what a caregiver may cope with depending upon the patient's response to treatment. Those who become diagnosed with mesothelioma often find comfort and relief from a large support network made up of family and friends. Asbestos.com is committed to providing the latest, up-to-date information to our visitors in the hopes of spreading awareness about the dangers of asbestos cancer.

The 20th anniversary celebration of the founding of Caregivers was held on October 3rd at Promises to Keep for our major donors and the Caregivers' past and present staff and board. We were especially honored to have in attendance Joyce Gray , the founding Executive Director of Caregivers. It was a wonderful evening with our special guest speaker, MaryEllen Jackson, the Executive Director of NH Center for Non-Profits. We also were honored with a proclamation from Governor John H. Lynch stating that October 3rd, 2008 was officially named "Caregivers of Greater Derry Day". Cindee A. Tanuma, Caregivers Executive Director and Alan Hoffman, Caregivers Board President also made speeches thanking all of the donors in attendance for their continued support, and to staff and board members for their years of service. There was a Power Point presentation show with a collection of quotes and photos from Caregivers volunteers and clients.
